UPLOAD TO PRICING

 

Requirements for United/Mayflower upload to PRICING:

 

  1. You need to have at least the Basic Edition of  FirstMate.
  2. You need to be on the latest version of FirstMate 4.0
  3. Download Mayflower or United from our web-page.
  4. Your PC must have access to the internet.

 

When you start FirstMate, there should be a UniGroup Icon on the Primary Window.

 

Upload from FirstMate to PRICING:

 

  1. Estimates that have been rated with SalesMate using an Interstate Tariff need to be uploaded from SalesMate to FirstMate. 
  2. Once in FirstMate, you can optionally edit the Customer to make sure the proper Agents,
  3. dates, etc. have been entered for the Estimate.  Simply left click on the Customer to edit.
  4. To start the upload to PRICING, right click on the Customer(s) you want to prepare and then left click on the UniGroup Icon.
  5. Respond “Yes” to access a Registration File Setup Window.
  6. Required Fields are:
    a.   ORDER NO:                   (United or Mayflower)
    b.  Order NO (Booker):      Your Agent Number
    c.  Estimate NO (Seq.):      A unique 7 character identifier for this Customer.
    d.  BIND DATE:               derived from the Load Date.
  7. Click on SUBMIT to prepare the upload file.

 

Note in the following example, the Booking Agent has been entered as “0003” and the Estimate No as “8376283”. Do not use “-“ in the Estimate number and do not use your Agent Number as part of the Estimate NO.  Again, there must be an entry for BINDDATE for the upload to be successful.

 

 

 

After preparing upload files, you will proceed to the Estimates that can be uploaded.

 

  1. Note that you must be connected to the internet at this time!    
  2. Left click on Customer’s to upload (they will highlight) and then click on REGISTER 

 

 

Accessing Estimate at the PRICING MENU:

 

Once an Estimate/Order for Service has been uploaded to Pricing, it can be viewed from

the following AS-400 screen.   Enter the Estimate NO: with your Agent Number –

Estimate Number (e.g. 0003-8376283)

 

Accessing Estimate from the REGISTRATION MENU:

 

In order to use the uploaded Estimate/Order for Service during Registration, fill in the

 ESTIMATE NO: with your Agent Number – Estimate No (e.g. 0039-06752).
