I have been using TechMate for the last twelve years. I have over the years looked at other systems to compare technology, I even went with a Palm system for a few months because they had palm based software and I used a Palm. TechMate told me they would be releasing a new version on a Pocket PC, but I was not patient, I wanted the latest and greatest. I should have waited for the Pocket PC from TechMate; it's what I use today.
The Pocket PC is far superior to the Palm; the TechMate software is far better than the palm software. You are able to move in the system and manipulate the system so much easier but the big difference is the staff at TechMate International, they are always available to help with learning the system, they help with problem solving if you are having an issue. TechMate is always updating their system, trying to make it meet any needs we have. They take suggestions for improving the system and implement those changes almost immediately when they make sense.
Their desktop software (FirstMate) offers many sales related reports; tracking bookings, closing %, financial revenue and many others. I have looked at many vendors for these services and no one compares with TechMate International. I will be a customer for many years to come.
